Application Guidelines
Starch Liquefaction Process
Add 6-8U/g of mid-temp amylase and 150 ppm calcium ion per gram of starch. Liquefy for approximately 30 minutes at 85-90℃. Optimal dosage should be determined through experimental testing based on specific process requirements and production objectives.
Packaging & Storage Information
Solid Product: 20kg/barrel
Liquid Product: 30L/barrel
Store in dry, ventilated conditions protected from light at 25℃. Solid product maintains 18-month shelf life from production date, while liquid product offers 12-month shelf life. Refrigeration at 5℃ can extend shelf life for both formulations.
Safety & Handling Instructions
  • Reseal bags and tighten barrel lids immediately after opening to prevent moisture absorption and contamination
  • Avoid inhalation of enzyme dust - if inhaled, rinse mouth immediately with water for at least 15 minutes
  • Operators sensitive to enzyme dust should wear protective overalls, dust masks, and gloves
  • In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with copious amounts of water for minimum 15 minutes
