Besthway food grade Glucoamylase is a specialized enzyme formulation combining glucoamylase and pullulanase, engineered to enhance fermentation efficiency and saccharification yield in beer brewing and food processing applications.

• Glucoamylase hydrolyzes α-1,4 glucosidic bonds from starch non-reducing ends to produce glucose, with slow hydrolysis of α-1,6 glycosidic bonds
• Pullulanase rapidly hydrolyzes α-1,6-D-glycosidic bonds in liquefied starch, producing straight-chain polysaccharides
• Synergistic enzyme action accelerates reaction speed and increases glucose content
• Supports fermentation processes for antibiotics, organic acids, amino acids, and vitamins using glucose as medium
• Catalyzes starch hydrolysis for beer, wine, soy sauce, monosodium glutamate, and antibiotic production

• Saccharification: 0.04-0.1% of starch dry weight
• Fermentation: 20-50g/T (add enzyme after pH adjustment if required)
