Besthway food grade High-temp Amylase is developed using advanced liquid submerged fermentation technology from Bacillus licheniformis. This enzyme demonstrates exceptional thermal stability and is widely utilized across multiple industrial sectors including baking, alcohol production, beer brewing, vinegar manufacturing, soy sauce production, and various fermentation processes.

Application Guidelines
Beer Brewing
Dosage: 300g/T (Amylase 20,000U/g)
Process: 92-97℃ for 20-30 minutes until iodine test shows reddish-brown color, then increase to 100℃ for final heating
Alcohol Production
Dosage: 300g/T (Amylase 20,000U/g)
Conditions: pH 6.0-6.5, 100±5℃, 100 minutes processing time
MSG & Starch Sugar Industry
Dosage: 600g/T (Amylase 40,000U/g)
pH: 6.0-6.5
Interval Liquefaction: 95-100℃ for over 30 minutes
Jet Liquefaction: 95℃ for 60-120 minutes
Note: Optimal dosage should be determined through testing based on specific application requirements and individual process parameters.
Packaging & Storage
Solid Product: 20kg per barrel
Liquid Product: 30L per barrel
Store in dry, ventilated conditions protected from light at 25℃. Shelf life: 18 months for powders, 12 months for liquids from production date. Refrigeration at 5℃ extends shelf life.
Safety Precautions
  • Seal barrel tightly after opening to prevent moisture and contamination
  • Avoid inhalation - if inhaled, rinse mouth immediately with water for minimum 15 minutes
  • Enzyme-sensitive personnel should wear protective overalls, dust masks, and gloves during operation
  • In case of skin or eye contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes
