Application Guidelines
Dosage & Method
Recommended dosage: 0.10-0.20kg per ton of paper pulp. Can be added to hydraulic pulper or pre-knock slurry tank, either continuously or intermittently. Minimum acting time: 45 minutes.
Optimum dosage should be determined through experimentation based on specific process requirements and paper quality targets.
Packaging & Storage
Solid Product: 25kg per bag | Liquid Product: 30L per barrel
Store in dry, ventilated area protected from light at 25℃. Shelf life: 18 months for solid, 12 months for liquid from production date. Refrigeration at 5℃ extends shelf life.
Safety & Handling
• After opening, securely seal bags/barrels to prevent moisture and contamination
• Avoid inhalation - if inhaled, rinse mouth immediately with water for at least 15 minutes
• Enzyme-sensitive personnel should wear protective overalls, dust masks, and gloves
• If contact with skin or eyes occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes
