pH 6.0-9.0 Resin Barrier Control Enzyme for Paper Manufacturing - 30℃-65℃ Temperature Range, 0.10-0.20kg/T Dosage
Besthway Resin Barrier Control Enzyme is engineered using advanced genetic engineering, microbial fermentation, and post-processing technologies. This specialized enzyme effectively catalyzes the hydrolysis of triglycerides from resins in pulp, converting them into low-viscosity fatty acids and water-soluble glycerol to optimize production efficiency.
| Parameter | Specification |
|---|---|
| Type | Powder and Liquid |
| Main Enzymes | Lipase, Phospholipase, Hemicellulase |
| pH Range | 6.0-9.0 |
| Temperature Range | 30℃-65℃ |
- Hydrolyzes triglycerides into water-soluble glycerol and free fatty acids
- Effectively inhibits resin deposition in paper production systems
- Reduces resin accumulation, extending the lifespan of net felts and equipment
- Minimizes head breaks to improve paper machine output
- Reduces hole spots and enhances overall paper quality
Recommended dosage: 0.10-0.20kg per ton of paper pulp. Add to the pulping tower either continuously or intermittently with a minimum acting time of 45 minutes. Dosage and application points can be adjusted based on specific production systems and raw materials.
Solid Product: 25kg/bag
Liquid Product: 30L/barrel
Store in dry, ventilated conditions protected from light at 25℃. Shelf life is 18 months for solid product and 12 months for liquid product from production date. Refrigeration at 5℃ can extend shelf life.
- Seal bags or barrels tightly after opening to prevent moisture and contamination
- Avoid inhalation - if inhaled, rinse mouth immediately with water for at least 15 minutes
- Enzyme-sensitive personnel should wear protective overalls, dust masks, and gloves
- If contact with skin or eyes occurs, rinse immediately with plenty of water for at least 15 minutes
