CF866 Full-feeding Track-type Combine Harvester
CF866 is a full-feeding track-type combine harvester, well-designed to meet the demand for high comfort and large feeding capacity. It can also harvest crops like rape, soybean, maize, and more.
It is equipped with the CF498 Series engine as standard, offering multiple working modes: Eco mode, Standard mode, and Heavy Load mode. It features low vibration, low noise, sufficient power, and improved fuel efficiency. A 200-liter fuel tank is adopted to meet the demands of long-term harvesting work, guaranteeing a whole day of operation.
The hydraulic system has been upgraded, enabling simultaneous steering of the entire machine and lifting of the header. The integrated grain unloading handle allows for simultaneous turning and lifting of the grain unloading auger. A 45CC large-displacement Hydrostatic Transmission (HST) ensures safe and reliable operation with flexible steering.
With a ground clearance of 500mm, the harvester boasts great passing ability. The CF100 gearbox has been upgraded for higher reliability, equipped with a shift sleeve.
CF866 is equipped with flexible teeth, and the header and feeding angle have been optimized for a more reasonable harvesting posture, improving the harvesting effect for lodged crops. The speed ratio of the cutter and header auger has been optimized for fast harvesting and smooth feeding.
CF866 adopts an extended threshing drum and tooth bar to solve the problem of difficult threshing, ensuring high-yield harvesting and reducing grain throwing.
Optimized air flowing and sieve structure improve cleaning ability, upgrading overall cleaning efficiency. The 1.5 m³ large grain tank reduces the frequency of grain discharging, enhancing working efficiency.
The flip-up threshing side shield can be removed in pieces, making shield changing and replacing work more convenient. The center of gravity position of the chassis frame reserves a round pipe for a jack, providing convenience for user maintenance.
The water tank and the intercooler are reasonably placed, and the hydraulic oil can be cleaned by opening the water tank guard, effectively preventing high temperatures. A cream-colored light canopy is installed at the right height to ventilate and prevent sunshine.
A canopy fan is equipped, and the dust suction fan joint is reversed to prevent heatstroke, cool down, and exhaust dust, improving the working environment.
