The Performance and Application of the Product

"Cationic asphalt emulsifier is a product developed by our company using high-tech technology, and it has undergone multiple applications and gradual improvements. These improvements have made the product more suitable for emulsifying current highway asphalt in China. It exhibits excellent emulsification and stability for heavy asphalt and SBS modified asphalt, producing qualified emulsions for ordinary 100# to 200# asphalt.

The product demonstrates superior performance, easily dissolving in ingredients, and it is non-toxic, non-corrosive, with sterilization and disinfection effects and no side effects on the human body during use. The recommended dosage is 8-10 kg per ton of emulsified asphalt, and the amount for modified asphalt should be adjusted accordingly. For more specialized bitumen, the usage depends on experimental data."

Dosage: To use for emulsion asphalt , the dosage is 8-10kg /T ; to use for modified asphalt , the dosage shall increase . the dosage of asphalt which is paraffin wax higher shall increase.
