Bently Nevada 3300 XL 50 mm Proximity Probe System
The Bently Nevada 3300 XL 50 mm Transducer System comprises a 50 mm probe, extension cable, and 3300 XL 50 mm Proximitor Sensor. This industrial monitoring system features an exceptionally large diameter coil that delivers a maximum linear range of 27.9 mm (1100 mils), representing the longest linear range available in our eddy current transducer product line.
Key Application
The extended linear range makes the 3300 XL 50 mm system ideally suited for measuring differential expansion (DE) or rotor expansion (RX) in large steam turbine generators. This capability is essential for monitoring the differential growth rates between turbine rotors and machine stators (casings) during operation.
