Bently Nevada 165855 Cylinder Pressure Transducer
The Cylinder Pressure System consists of the 165855 Cylinder Pressure Transducer and the 146824 Interconnect cable, designed for measuring cyclic absolute pressure changes inside reciprocating compressor cylinders.
System Integration
This transducer is an integral component of a Reciprocating Compressor Condition Monitoring and Asset Management System when used with our 3500/77M Cylinder Pressure Monitor and System 1 Plant Asset Management Software.

Installation Requirements
The wetted surface typically installs into an isolation valve or pressure indicator port. A special adapter (such as the 166393 adapter) is usually required for proper sealing. The electronics portion is separated by 1 metre of cable and must be secured on or near the compressor.
Calibration & Optimization
Each pressure sensor ships with pressure-temperature compensation data. Inputting this data into the 3500/77 Cylinder Pressure Monitor minimizes operating temperature effects on transducer performance.
