Working Principle
When the water body to be treated enters the reaction chamber, air produces a large number of fine air bubbles. In the mixed system of water, gas and particles, the interfacial tension exists on the surface of the phases of different media due to unbalanced forces. When microbubbles come into contact with solid suspended particles, surface adsorption will occur due to the effect of surface tension effect. When the micro-bubbles move upward, the suspended particles and colloids in the water (mainly organic matter such as erbium and excreta of farming organisms) will adhere to the surface of the micro-bubbles, forming a state where the density is less than that of water. The protein separator uses the principle of buoyancy to make it as the bubbles move upward and accumulate on the upper water surface, with the continuous generation of micro-bubbles, the accumulated dirt bubbles are continuously pushed to the top of the foam collection tube and discharged.
