NO8825 which a nickel-iron-chromium alloy with the addition of molybdenum and copper. The chemical composition of this nickel steel alloy is designed to provide superior resistance to many corrosive environments. It is similar to Alloy 800 but has higher water corrosion resistance. It has excellent resistance to reducing and oxidizing acids, stress corrosion cracking, and localized corrosion such as pitting and crevice corrosion. Alloy 825 Incoloy 825 is particularly resistant to sulfuric and phosphoric acid. This nickel steel alloy is used in chemical processing, pollution control equipment, oil and gas well piping, nuclear fuel reprocessing, acid production and pickling equipment.
Yuhong's Manufacturing process:
The aluminum fin strip is tension wound and placed into a groove cut into the tube with appr. 0.4mm fluted depth.
Applications:
The common application fields are:
- Heat exchangers units for power plant(electric, nuclear, thermal and geothermal power plants);
- High corrosive systems (condensers, evaporators, sea water desalinations, fertilizing, urea systems, ammonia, gas, corrosive acids);
