High Frequency Welding Base Tube ASTM A312 TP304 Fin Material ASTM A240 SS 304
High Frequency Welding Fin Tube (HFW Fin Tube) also called solid type fin tube, use steel or stainless steel strip or steel round bar directly welded on the pipe /tube surface. This type fin tube can improving heat transfer efficiency much more than bare tube. Due to the tight welding of the fins to the base pipe / tube, these finned tubes are often used in vibrating conditions. HFW Fin tube has many types: Serrated Fin Tube , Flat Fin Tube, Studded Fin Tube .
