Stainless Steel EN10216-5 1.4541 Heat Exchanger Tube is designed for high-temperature applications, offering excellent corrosion resistance and stability. This austenitic stainless steel, equivalent to AISI 321, is stabilized with titanium to prevent carbide precipitation.
1.4541 is austenitic stainless steel that contains chromium (about 17-19%) and nickel (around 9-12%), with the addition of titanium to enhance its stability. 1.4541 offers good resistance to a variety of corrosive environments, including intergranular corrosion, which is enhanced by the titanium content. EN10216-5 specifies the requirements for seamless steel tubes for pressure purposes, ensuring high-quality standards for safety and performance.
