HFW Fin Tube ASTM A335 P22 Alloy Steel Seamless Tube With 11-13CR Strip For Economizer
HFW Fin Tube ASTM A335 P22 Alloy Steel Seamless Tube With 11-13CR Strip For Economizer
Product Overview
This product is a High-Frequency Welded (HFW) fin tube made with ASTM A335 P22 alloy steel seamless base tube, combined with a serrated 11–13% Chromium (Cr) alloy fin strip. Designed for use in economizers, especially in high-temperature and high-pressure environments such as power stations and industrial boilers.

Advantages
-
Excellent Thermal Conductivity: The HFW bonding ensures low contact resistance between tube and fin for efficient heat transfer.
-
High-Temperature Resistance: Suitable for operation in elevated temperature environments due to the alloy composition.
-
Oxidation & Corrosion Resistance: The 11-13Cr fin provides superior resistance to flue gas corrosion and scaling.
-
Strong Weld Bond: High-frequency welding results in durable and consistent fin attachment, ideal for vibrating environments.
-
Customizable Fin Geometry: Can be made with serrated or solid fins, and varied fin density, thickness, and height.
Applications
-
Economizers in Power Plants
-
Waste Heat Recovery Units (WHRU)
-
Superheated Steam Boilers
-
Process Heating Systems in Refineries
-
Industrial Furnaces and Ovens
