ASTM A335 P22 Alloy Steel Seamless Tube High Frequency Welding Fin Tube For Furnace
ASTM A335 P22 Alloy Steel Seamless Tube High Frequency Welding Fin Tube For Economizer
Product Overview
The ASTM A335 P22 High Frequency Welding (HFW) Fin Tube is manufactured by helically or longitudinally welding alloy fin strips onto a seamless P22 alloy steel base tube using high-frequency resistance welding. This finned tube is specifically designed for furnace and radiant coil applications, where high-temperature strength, pressure resistance, and thermal efficiency are crucial.

Advantages
-
High Temperature Resistance: P22 material and high-chromium fin strip allow operation in up to 600–650°C.
-
Reliable Fin Bonding: HFW technology ensures strong metallurgical bond, minimizing thermal resistance and improving efficiency.
-
Oxidation and Scaling Resistance: Ideal for direct flame and high-flue gas environments.
-
Enhanced Heat Transfer: Fins increase surface area and promote turbulence, improving heat exchange rate inside the furnace.
-
Long Service Life: Resistant to thermal fatigue and corrosion, reducing maintenance frequency in demanding operations.
Applications
-
Power Plant Furnaces (Radiant Section)
-
Waste Heat Recovery Furnaces
-
Industrial Steam Generators
-
Petrochemical Process Heaters
-
Coal-Fired and Biomass-Fired Boilers
-
