Low Finned Tube ASTM B111 C70600 Copper Nickel Alloy Tube For Condenser or Evaporator
Low thread finned tube is a kind of high efficiency heat exchange tube which is rolled to form spiral fin on its outer surface.
The strengthening effect of this type of tube is outside the tube. On the one hand, the heat transfer area is increased by the screw fin; on the other hand, when the shell side medium flows through the surface of the threaded tube, the surface screw fin has a segmentation effect on the laminar flow side layer, which reduces the thickness of the boundary layer. Moreover, the turbulence formed on the surface is stronger than that of the smooth tube, which further reduces the thickness of the boundary layer.
It is suitable for the shell side medium is relatively clean, no corrosion, no scaling, can use low thread finned tube as heat exchange element to form low thread finned tube high efficiency heat exchanger.
