ASTM A179 Extruded Fin Tube is a high-efficiency heat transfer solution for non-corrosive thermal applications. It features a seamless low-carbon steel base tube (ASTM A179) with integrally extruded aluminum fins metallurgically bonded through a high-pressure process. This monolithic structure eliminates interfacial resistance, achieving 98% thermal contact for 30% higher heat flux than welded fins in economizers, air heaters, and thermal oil systems up to 260°C (500°F).
