ASTM A312 This specification covers seamless, straight-seam welded, and heavily cold worked welded austenitic stain less steel pipe intended for high-temperature and general corrosive service,such as power plants, boilers, superheaters, and heat exchangers.Wall thickness generally for pipes is average.
TP321H is a high-carbon variant of 321 for improved high-temperature strength. Austenitic stainless steel with Titanium can prevent carbide precipitation (sensitization) during welding or high-temperature service.
TP321H with a excellent creep resistance and oxidation resistance at elevated temperatures,and suitable for boiler tubes, superheaters, and reheaters in coal-fired, gas-fired, and nuclear power plants. And the material has good resistance to sulfidation, steam oxidation, and acidic environments,can resistant to intergranular corrosion due to titanium stabilization.
