Product OverviewThis fin tube consists of a seamless stainless steel base tube TP304 / 1.4301 combined with extruded aluminium fins (AL1060). The fins are integrally bonded to the tube through the extrusion process, ensuring excellent heat transfer efficiency, strong mechanical bonding, and enhanced corrosion resistance.

1.We operate a production workshop of over 10,000 square meters, equipped with 10 self-designed extrusion finning machines capable of producing up to 3,000 meters of extruded fin tubes per day.
2.Our DR-extruded bimetallic fin tubes are designed for service temperatures up to 300°C, with stable heat transfer performance. Compared with conventional mechanical fin types (L, LL, KL, G), the extruded fins are stronger, more durable, and easier to clean.
3.In demanding applications involving high stress and corrosive conditions, DR-extruded bimetallic fin tubes deliver both technical advantages and cost efficiency, since the use of expensive alloys is minimized while maintaining excellent performance.
