Wound Fin Tube ASME SA179 KL Type With Aluminium Strip For Heat Exchanger
Wound Fin Tube ASME SA179 KL Type With Aluminium Strip For Heat Exchanger
Product Description
KL-type wound fin tubes are produced by tightly wrapping an aluminum strip around the base carbon steel tube under controlled tension. During the process, the base of the aluminum strip is simultaneously knurled and wound, ensuring a tight mechanical bond between the fin and the tube. This structure provides good heat transfer efficiency and prevents fin loosening during service. KL-type fin tubes are widely used in heat exchangers, air coolers, and condensers where cost-effective and efficient thermal performance is required.
