ASTM A179 Seamless Carbon Steel Embedded G Fin Tubes For Waste Heat Boiler Systems

 

Embedded/G-type finned tubes are high-efficiency heat exchange elements created by mechanically embedding and pressing fins into and fixing them in place through grooves cut into the outer surface of a base tube. The fins are tightly bonded to the base tube, resistant to vibration/thermal cycling, and not easily detached.

 

Embedded/G-type finned tubes are suitable for medium-temperature (≤450℃), high-pressure, and multi-medium heat exchange applications, and are widely used in industrial heat exchange, waste heat recovery, and HVAC systems.

ASTM A179 seamless carbon steel G-type finned tubes are the core high-efficiency heat exchange elements of waste heat boiler systems. Using ASTM A179 cold-drawn seamless low-carbon steel tubes as the base tube, the metal fins are embedded into the spiral G-type grooves on the outside of the tube and locked in place using a mechanical embedding process.

 

ASTM A179 seamless carbon steel embedded G fin tubes are specifically designed for medium-temperature, high-pressure, dust-laden flue gas waste heat recovery scenarios.
