High Frequency Welded Serrated Finned Tubes with ASTM A312 TP304H base tubes are premium heat transfer components designed for high-temperature, high-pressure, and corrosive environments. Manufactured through a continuous high-frequency resistance welding process, these tubes combine the excellent corrosion resistance of TP304H stainless steel with serrated fins that dramatically increase external surface area, delivering superior heat exchange efficiency in boilers, heat recovery systems, and process heaters.
Product Structure: Base Tube, Fins, and High-Frequency Embedding Process
The finned tube consists of three integrated elements:
- Base Tube: Seamless or welded ASTM A312 TP304H austenitic stainless steel tube.
- Fins: Serrated carbon steel or stainless steel strips formed into a saw-tooth profile.
- High-Frequency Welding (Embedding) Process: The serrated fin strip is continuously welded to the base tube using high-frequency current (typically 100–450 kHz), creating a metallurgical bond without filler metal. This results in high weld strength, excellent thermal conductivity, and resistance to thermal shock.
