KDW-1807 is a high-performance one-component condensed silicone sealant designed for electronic applications. This thermally conductive sealant cures by absorbing atmospheric moisture, offering excellent electrical insulation, dampproofing, anticorona properties, and superior temperature resistance.

All data measured after 7 days curing at 25℃ and 55% relative humidity.
Available in 100ml sausage (100 sausages/package), 300ml pipe (25 pipes/package), and 330ml pipe (25 pipes/package). Custom packaging available upon request.
- Store in cool, dry, well-ventilated areas away from light and heat
- Classified as non-dangerous goods for transport
- 6-month shelf life at 25℃
- Surface Preparation: Clean adherend surfaces thoroughly, removing rust, dirt, and grease
- Application: Cut plastic pipe tip, attach nozzle, and apply adhesive to clean surface
- Curing: Allow to cure in air; complete curing depends on thickness (2mm thickness cures in 24 hours at 25℃ and 50% humidity)
- Storage: Seal remaining sealant immediately after use; remove surface crust before reuse
