KDW-1608 is a one-component neutral thermal conductive silicone sealant that cures from the outside to the inside by absorbing moisture in the air. This versatile sealant provides excellent thermal conductivity and adhesion for various electronic applications, featuring superior electrical insulation, moisture resistance, corona resistance, cushioning properties, and reliable performance across a wide temperature range of -60°C to +260°C.

- Store in cool, dry conditions away from direct light and heat
- Classified as non-dangerous goods for transportation
- Shelf life: 10 months at 25°C
- Surface Preparation: Clean adherend surface thoroughly, removing rust, dirt, and oily residues
- Application: Cut plastic pipe tip, attach nozzle, and apply adhesive to clean surface
- Curing: Allow to cure in air; complete curing time depends on thickness (24 hours for 2mm thickness at 25°C, 50% humidity)
- Post-Use: Seal container immediately after use; remove surface crust before subsequent applications
