Note: All data measured after 7 days curing at 25℃ and 55% RH. Operation time tested with 100g adhesive.
Application Instructions
- Weigh components A and B in 1:1 ratio and mix thoroughly
- Inject mixture into components requiring potting protection
- Pour along one side of the wall to minimize air bubble formation
- Allow sealed components to self-discharge bubbles
- For optimal results, vacuum defoam mixed compound before potting
- Cure at room temperature - material develops elasticity within 1-6 hours
Storage & Packaging
- Store in cool, dark location away from heat sources
- Keep containers sealed (classified as non-dangerous goods)
- Shelf life: 1 year at 25℃
- Standard packaging: 25KG plastic drums for both components
- Custom packaging options available
