Power Line RTV Silicone High Voltage Insulator Coating is a specialized heat-resistant silicone adhesive designed for electrical insulation applications. This anti-pollution flashover coating provides excellent electrical insulation performance and long-term protection for high voltage line insulators.

All data was measured by testing after 7 days curing under the condition of 25℃ and 55% RH.
Application Instructions
1. Use dry cloth to clean the surface of insulator before using, then operate in good weather conditions.
2. Spray on clean and dry surface when operating, ensuring coating thickness exceeds 0.25mm and avoiding holidays.
3. Tack free time is approximately 30 minutes, with complete curing achieved within 24 hours after operation.
