KDW-3582(1:1) low viscosity RTV silicone potting compound provides superior protection for electronic components with excellent thermal conductivity and easy processing capabilities.

Application Instructions

1. Weigh components A and B according to 1:1 ratio, mix thoroughly, then inject into components requiring potting protection. For best results, inject along one side of the wall to minimize air bubble formation.

2. Place sealed components for self-degassing. For optimal results, vacuum defoam mixed compound before potting. Cures at room temperature, developing elasticity within 1-6 hours.
