KDW-1608 one-component neutral thermal conductive silicone sealant is a moisture-curing adhesive designed for electronics applications requiring thermal conductivity and reliable bonding. This white paste adhesive cures from the outside to the inside when exposed to atmospheric moisture.

Application Instructions
- Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean adherend surfaces to remove rust, dirt, and oily contaminants that may affect adhesion performance.
- Application: Cut plastic tube tip, attach nozzle, and apply adhesive to clean surfaces. Secure adherends in position.
- Curing Process: Place adhesive units in air. Complete curing time depends on thickness (2mm thickness at 25°C and 50% humidity cures completely in 24 hours).
- Storage Notes: Immediately seal remaining sealant after use. Remove surface crust before subsequent use without affecting performance.
