KDW-1807 Quick Curing Thermal Conductive Silicone Sealant 1.45g/cm³ Density 15KV/mm Dielectric Strength
KDW-1807 is a one-component condensed silicone sealant that cures from the outside to the inside by absorbing atmospheric moisture. This quick-curing thermal conductive adhesive offers excellent electrical insulation, moisture resistance, and temperature stability for electronic applications.

Available in multiple packaging configurations: 100ml/sausage (100 sausages per package), 300ml/pipe (25 pipes per package), 330ml/pipe (25 pipes per package). Custom packaging solutions also available.
Store in cool, dry conditions with adequate ventilation. Avoid direct light and heat exposure. Classified as non-dangerous goods for transport. Shelf life: 6 months at 25℃.
Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean adherend surfaces to remove rust, dirt, and oily residues.
Application: Cut plastic pipe tip, attach nozzle, and apply adhesive to clean surface. Fix components in position.
Curing: Allow adhesive to cure in air. Complete curing time depends on thickness (24 hours for 2mm thickness at 25℃ and 50% humidity).
Storage Note: Reseal container immediately after use. Remove surface crust before subsequent applications.
