Product Overview
KDW-1807 is a one-component condensed silicone sealant that cures from the outside to the inside by absorbing moisture from the air. This dampproof thermal conductive adhesive offers excellent electrical insulation, anticorona properties, cushioning function, and superior high/low temperature resistance for long-term indoor and outdoor applications.

Packaging Options

Storage & Transportation
- Avoid light and heat, maintain ventilation and dry conditions
- Classified as non-dangerous goods for transport
- 6-month shelf life at 25℃
Application Instructions
- Surface Preparation: Clean adherend surface thoroughly, removing rust, dirt, and grease to ensure optimal adhesion
- Application: Cut plastic pipe head, attach nozzle, extrude adhesive onto clean surface, and fix adherend
- Curing: Expose to air; complete curing depends on thickness (24 hours for 2mm thickness at 25℃ and 50% humidity)
- Storage Note: Seal remaining sealant immediately after use; remove crust from head before subsequent applications
