KDW-3582 two-component silicone compound is specifically formulated for electronic potting, sealing, and protection applications. This 1:1 ratio silicone offers excellent UV resistance, weather resistance, and thermal conductivity for long-term outdoor performance.

Storage & Transportation

Application Instructions
- Weigh components A and B in 1:1 ratio and mix thoroughly
- Inject mixture into components requiring potting protection
- Pour along one side of wall to minimize air bubble formation
- Allow sealed components to self-degas or vacuum defoam before curing
- Cure at room temperature (achieves elasticity within 1-6 hours)
