KDW-3582(1:1) is a high-performance two-component electronic silicone sealant designed for potting, sealing, and protection applications. This thermally conductive compound offers excellent electrical insulation and environmental resistance for demanding electronic applications.

1. Weigh components A and B in 1:1 ratio, mix thoroughly, then inject into components requiring potting protection. Injection along one side of the wall minimizes air bubble formation.
2. Place sealed components for self-bubble discharge. For optimal results, vacuum defoam mixed rubber before potting. Cures at room temperature, developing elasticity within 1-6 hours.
Store in cool, dark conditions with sealed containers (non-dangerous goods classification). Shelf life: 1 year at 25°C.
Standard packaging: Component A - 25KG plastic drum; Component B - 25KG plastic drum. Custom packaging options available.
