KDW-3582 Waterproofing Electronic Potting Gel - 1:1 Mix Ratio RTV Silicone with 0.8 W/m·K Thermal Conductivity
KDW-3582 two-component RTV silicone potting compound offers excellent waterproofing, electrical insulation, and thermal conductivity for electronic components. This low-viscosity material provides reliable protection in demanding applications.

Mix components A and B in 1:1 ratio by weight, stir thoroughly, then inject into components requiring protection. For best results, inject along one side to minimize air bubbles. Cures at room temperature with elasticity developing within 1-6 hours.
Store in sealed containers away from light and heat. Shelf life: 1 year at 25°C. Standard packaging: 25kg plastic drums for both components. Custom packaging available.
