KDW-3582(1:1) high thermal conductivity silicone sealant is a two-component potting compound designed for electronic component protection and sealing applications. This electrical potting compound offers excellent thermal management and dampproof performance for demanding industrial environments.

Operation Instructions

1. Weigh components A and B in 1:1 ratio, mix thoroughly, then inject into components requiring potting protection. Injection along one side of the wall reduces air bubble generation.

2. Place sealed components for self-bubble discharge. For optimal results, vacuum defoam mixed rubber before potting. Cures at room temperature with elasticity developing within 1-6 hours.

  • Avoid light and heat exposure while maintaining sealed conditions
  • Transportable and storable as non-dangerous goods
  • 1-year shelf life at 25℃
