KDW-1608 Thermal Conductive Silicone Sealant 330ml with 260°C Temperature Resistance and 2.1 g/cm³ Density
KDW-1608 is a one-component neutral thermal conductive silicone sealant that cures from the outside to the inside by absorbing moisture in the air. Designed for thermal conductivity and adhesion in various electronic products, it offers excellent electrical insulation, moisture resistance, corona resistance, cushioning properties, and high/low temperature resistance from -60°C to +260°C.

Standard packaging: Plastic pipe, 330ml, 25 units per package. Custom packaging options available.
- Avoid light and heat, keep ventilation and dry
- Transport and store as non-dangerous goods
- 10-month shelf life at 25°C
- Clean the surface: Remove rust, dirt, and greasy residue from adherend
- Sizing: Cut plastic pipe head, apply adhesive, and fix adherend
- Curing: Allow to cure in air (2mm thickness cures in 24 hours at 25°C, 50% humidity)
- Notes: Seal and store remaining sealant immediately after use
