KDW-1608 is a one-component neutral thermal conductive RTV silicone adhesive sealant designed for electronic applications requiring thermal management and reliable bonding. This 330ml packaged sealant cures upon exposure to atmospheric moisture, offering excellent electrical insulation and temperature resistance from -60°C to +260°C.

- Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean adherend surfaces to remove rust, dirt, and oily contaminants that may affect adhesion performance.
- Application: Cut plastic pipe tip, attach long nozzle, and apply adhesive to clean surface. Fix adherend in position.
- Curing: Expose adhesive to air. Complete curing time depends on thickness (24 hours for 2mm thickness at 25°C and 50% humidity).
- Storage: Seal remaining sealant immediately after use. Remove crust from tip before subsequent applications.
