Application Instructions
Surface Preparation
Thoroughly clean the adherend surface to remove rust, dirt, and greasy contaminants that may affect adhesion performance.
Application Process
- Cut the plastic pipe head and attach the long nose applicator
- Extrude adhesive onto the clean surface
- Fix the adherend in position
Curing Process
Place adhesive units in air; complete curing time depends on thickness (2mm thickness at 25°C and 50% humidity cures completely within 24 hours).
Storage Notes
Seal and store remaining sealant immediately after use. Remove any crust formation from the head before subsequent applications.
