KDW-1608 is a one-component electrically conductive silicone adhesive sealant that cures upon exposure to atmospheric moisture. This neutral-cure RTV silicone provides excellent thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, and waterproof sealing properties for various electronic applications.

Application Instructions
- Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean adherend surfaces to remove rust, dirt, and oily residues
- Application: Cut tube tip, attach nozzle, and apply adhesive to prepared surfaces
- Curing: Allow to cure in air - curing time depends on thickness (24 hours for 2mm thickness at 25°C, 50% humidity)
- Storage: Seal remaining sealant immediately after use to prevent premature curing
