KDW-1608 is a one-component neutral thermal conductive silicone rubber adhesive that cures from the outside to the inside by absorbing moisture in the air. This versatile adhesive provides excellent thermal conductivity and bonding capabilities for various electronic applications.

Storage & Transportation
Store in cool, dry conditions away from light and heat. Can be transported as non-dangerous goods. Shelf life: 10 months at 25℃.
Operation Process
Surface Preparation
Clean the surface thoroughly to remove rust, dirt, and greasy residues that may affect adhesion performance.
Application
Cut the plastic pipe head, attach the applicator nozzle, and extrude adhesive onto the clean surface. Fix the adherend in position.
Curing
Place adhesive units in air for curing. Complete curing time depends on thickness (2mm thickness at 25℃ and 50% humidity cures completely in 24 hours).
Storage Notes
Seal and store remaining sealant immediately after use. Remove crust from the head before reuse without affecting performance.
