KDW-1608 is a one-component neutral thermal conductive silicone adhesive that cures from the outside to the inside by absorbing moisture in the air. This versatile adhesive is designed for thermal conductivity and adhesion applications across various electronic products, offering excellent electrical insulation, moisture resistance, anti-corona properties, cushioning functionality, and reliable performance across a temperature range of -60°C to +260°C.

Storage & Transportation
Store in cool, dry conditions with adequate ventilation. Avoid direct light and heat exposure. Classified as non-dangerous goods for transport. Shelf life: 10 months at 25°C.
Application Instructions
  1. Surface Preparation: Clean adherend surface thoroughly, removing rust, dirt, and oily residues
  2. Application: Cut plastic pipe tip, attach nozzle, and apply adhesive to clean surface
  3. Curing: Allow adhesive to cure in air; curing time depends on thickness (24 hours for 2mm thickness at 25°C, 50% humidity)
  4. Post-Use: Seal remaining sealant immediately; remove surface crust before reuse
