Product Overview
KDW-1608 is a one-component neutral thermal conductive silicone adhesive sealant that cures from the outside to the inside by absorbing moisture in the air. Designed for thermal conductivity and adhesion in various electronic products, it offers excellent electrical insulation, moisture resistance, anti-corona properties, cushioning function, and reliable performance across a temperature range of -60°C to +260°C.

Operation Process
  1. Surface Preparation: Clean adherend surface thoroughly, removing rust, dirt, and oily residues
  2. Application: Cut plastic pipe tip, attach nozzle, and apply adhesive to clean surface
  3. Curing: Expose to air; curing time depends on thickness (24 hours for 2mm at 25°C, 50% humidity)
  4. Post-Use: Seal remaining sealant immediately; remove crust from tip before reuse
