KDW-1608 Thermal Conductive Silicone Adhesive Sealant - 260°C Temperature Resistance, 2.1 g/cm³ Density
KDW-1608 is a one-component neutral thermal conductive silicone adhesive sealant that cures from the outside to the inside by absorbing moisture in the air. This paste-form sealant offers excellent thermal conductivity, electrical insulation, and aging resistance for various electronic applications.

Standard packaging: Plastic pipe, 330ml, 25 units per package. Custom packaging options available.
- Avoid light and heat, keep ventilation and dry
- Transportable and storable as non-dangerous goods
- Shelf life: 10 months at 25°C
- Clean surface: Remove rust, dirt and greasy residue from adherend
- Sizing: Cut plastic pipe head, apply adhesive, and fix adherend
- Curing: Expose to air; complete cure depends on thickness (2mm thickness at 25°C, 50% humidity cures in 24 hours)
- Notes: Seal remaining sealant immediately after use; remove crust before reuse
