KDW-1608 flame retardant silicone adhesive is a one-component, neutral cure thermal conductive rubber designed for demanding electronic applications. This white paste adhesive cures by absorbing moisture from the air, providing excellent electrical insulation and thermal management properties.

Application Instructions
- Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean the substrate surface to remove rust, dirt, and oily residues that may affect adhesion performance.
- Application: Cut the plastic tube nozzle, attach applicator tip, and apply adhesive to clean surface. Secure components immediately.
- Curing Process: Expose applied adhesive to air. Complete curing time depends on thickness (2mm thickness at 25°C, 50% humidity cures completely in 24 hours).
- Storage Notes: Immediately seal and store remaining sealant after use. Remove surface crust before subsequent applications.
