KDW-1608 is a one-component RTV silicone rubber adhesive sealant that cures upon exposure to atmospheric moisture. This high-performance thermal conductive rubber offers excellent electrical insulation, moisture resistance, and temperature stability for various electronic applications.

All data measured after 7 days curing at 25℃ and 55% relative humidity.
Thoroughly clean the substrate surface to remove rust, dirt, and oily residues, as contaminants may affect adhesion performance.
Cut the nozzle tip, attach the applicator, and extrude the adhesive onto the prepared surface. Secure components as needed.
Expose applied adhesive to air. Curing time depends on thickness - a 2mm layer at 25℃ and 50% humidity typically cures completely within 24 hours.
Seal container immediately after use. Remove any surface skin before subsequent applications - this does not affect product performance.
