KDW-1807 is a one-component condensed silicone sealant that cures from the outside to the inside by absorbing atmospheric moisture. This advanced formulation offers excellent electrical insulation, dampproofing, anticorona protection, cushioning functionality, and superior high/low temperature resistance for long-term indoor and outdoor applications.

Packaging Options

Storage & Transportation
Store in cool, dry conditions with adequate ventilation (classified as non-dangerous goods). Shelf life: 6 months at 25℃.
Application Process
- Surface Preparation: Clean adherend surface thoroughly, removing rust, dirt, and oily residues
- Application: Cut pipe tip, attach nozzle, and apply adhesive to clean surface
- Curing: Allow to cure in air; complete curing depends on thickness (2mm thickness at 25℃ and 50% humidity cures in 24 hours)
- Post-Use: Seal remaining sealant immediately; remove crust from tip before reuse
