All data measured after 7 days curing under conditions of 25°C and 55% relative humidity.
Thoroughly clean the surface of adherend or coated object. Remove all rust, dirt, and greasy residues as contamination can affect adhesion performance.
Cut the head of the plastic pipe, attach the long nose applicator, and extrude the adhesive onto the prepared surface. Immediately fix the adherend in position.
Place adhesive units in air. Complete curing time depends on thickness - 2mm thickness at 25°C and 50% humidity typically cures completely within 24 hours.
Seal and store remaining sealant immediately after use. When reusing, remove any crust formation from the head - this will not affect normal performance.
