KDW-1807 White Electronics Silicone Sealant
KDW-1807 is a one-component RTV silicone rubber sealant specifically formulated for electronic applications. This neutral silicone sealant cures by absorbing moisture from the air, providing excellent electrical insulation, dampproofing, and temperature resistance from -60°C to +200°C.

Application Instructions
1. Surface Preparation
Clean the surface of adherend or coated object thoroughly. Remove rust, dirt, and greasy substances as contamination affects adhesion performance.
2. Application
Cut the head of the plastic pipe, attach the long nose applicator, and extrude the adhesive onto the clean surface. Fix the adherend in position immediately.
3. Curing Process
Place adhesive units in air. Complete curing time depends on thickness. For 2mm thickness at 25°C and 50% humidity, complete curing typically occurs within 24 hours.
4. Storage Notes
Seal and store remaining sealant immediately after use. Remove any crust formation from the head before subsequent use, which does not affect normal working performance.
