330ml White Fire Retardant Silicone Sealant - Temperature Range -60°C to 260°C with 16 KV/mm Dielectric Strength

KDW-1608 330ml white silicone adhesive is a fire-retardant, single-component RTV sealant designed for power supply applications. This moisture-curing silicone offers excellent thermal conductivity, adhesion, and electrical insulation properties.

Thoroughly clean the adherend surface to remove rust, dirt, and greasy contaminants that may affect adhesion performance.

Cut the plastic pipe head, attach the long nozzle, and extrude adhesive onto the prepared surface. Immediately fix the adherend in position.

Allow adhesive units to cure in air. Complete curing time depends on thickness (2mm thickness at 25°C and 50% humidity cures completely within 24 hours).

Seal and store remaining sealant immediately after use. Remove any surface crust before subsequent applications.
