KDW-1807 Electronics Silicone Adhesive Sealant 1.45 g/cm³ Density with ≥200% Elongation for Dampproof Insulation
KDW-1807 neutral type electronics silicone adhesive sealant is a one-component condensed sealant that cures by absorbing moisture from the air. This high-performance adhesive offers excellent electrical insulation, dampproof properties, and strong adhesion for various electronic applications.
KDW-1807 cures from the outside to the inside by absorbing atmospheric moisture, with curing time reduced by higher temperature and humidity. It provides excellent electrical insulation, dampproof protection, anticorona properties, cushioning function, and reliable high/low temperature resistance from -50°C to 200°C.

Available in 100ml sausage (100 sausages/package), 300ml pipe (25 pipes/package), and 330ml pipe (25 pipes/package). Custom packaging available upon request.
- Avoid light and heat, keep in ventilated dry conditions
- Transport and store as non-dangerous goods
- 6-month shelf life at 25°C
- Clean surface thoroughly to remove rust, dirt, and grease
- Cut pipe head, apply adhesive to clean surface, and fix components
- Cure in air - 2mm thickness cures completely in 24 hours at 25°C, 50% humidity
- Seal remaining sealant immediately after use
