KDW-1807 is a one-component condensed silicone sealant that cures from the outside to the inside by absorbing atmospheric moisture. This electrically conductive adhesive offers excellent bond strength for electronics applications, with enhanced curing speed achievable through increased temperature and humidity control.

Storage & Handling
Store in cool, dry conditions away from direct light and heat sources. Transported as non-dangerous goods. Shelf life: 6 months at 25℃.
Application Instructions
- Surface Preparation: Thoroughly clean adherend surfaces to remove rust, dirt, and oily residues
- Application: Cut plastic pipe tip, attach nozzle, and apply adhesive to clean surface
- Curing: Allow adhesive to cure in air; complete curing time depends on thickness (24 hours for 2mm thickness at 25℃ and 50% humidity)
- Post-Use: Immediately seal remaining sealant after use; remove surface crust before subsequent applications
